How to upgrade your VM

To upgrade your VM, login to your client portal using the URL: https://hostmedia.uk/client/ - once logged in select the VM/service you wish to upgrade.

You should see on the screen the 'Upgrade' link on the left hand side menu. Follow the on screen process starting with selecting the available upgrade.

Please note VMs can only be upgraded. If you wish to move to a smaller VM please create a new order for the smaller VM and migrate your data to it.
